ORCHARD PARK HOUSE

The layout of the house is quite functional, starting with a spacious living room accessed by a large sliding door entrance via a covered front balcony. The living connects easily to a separate dining area, which is essentially an extension of the ample sized kitchen. The kitchen enjoys one front door, as well as a back exit which is convenient for accessing the out-side laundry room and garden. There are 3 bedrooms, the roomy master having an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
