Two additional queen bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom are also on this floor. On this level is also the family room with built in booksheleves and a large kitchen with a central island with storage, built in cabinetry, double oven and a 5 burner hob plus dishwasher & drinks fridge. Beyond the kitchen is a large utility room with washer, dryer, sink & staff room.
