The Haven Villa

The Haven Villa is constructed to take maximum advantage of its elevated position, affording the owner stunning views of Marigot Bay to the north. Castries is 25 minutes drive further north, and Soufriere is 40 minutes to the south.

The open plan living space features a functional kitchen; equipped with a stone counter-top and island, modern appliances, and a separate utility room. The kitchen looks over the breakfast bar into a cozy dining room, and spacious living room, which accesses the patio through double PVC doors. The light coming in from the large doors and generously sized windows bounces off the high ceilings, resulting in a beautiful bright and airy space. Neutral colored ceramic tiles extend from the living area into the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the patios.

The house features four main bedrooms on the 2nd level, including a well-appointed master suite. There is also a study room on this level, that may double as a fifth bedroom. The self-contained one bedroom apartment on the ground-floor level may serve as guest accommodation or to generate rental income.
